England game only available on the Internets - **Spoilers**

bet 365 customers can watch it for free via the bet 365 website.

Seems to be the only way I can watch much sports out here in Prague :p

Bet365 usually stream quite a lot of games from around the world

Sad day for English football, the amount of money the FA makes from world wide tv rigths of the premiership and nobody will stump up the cash to have the rights to show it on terrestrial tv.

Will just listen to it on 5Live.

Indeed, which means I'll have to put up with that **** Alan Green.

I however am not paying £5 for a stream (which could suffer, as streams are always temperamental) , I pay for Sky / and a License fee. Nice to see the FA committed to bringing the game to the masses.

I'll try and pick up a stream elsewhere, but I'm not expecting great quality.

I aint overly impressed with this. It just wouldnt feel right to me watching an England game on a computer monitor.

Its all about abit of atmosphere in the pub, or round a mates house for me. I think that the FA should have subsidised ITV / BBC for this game. Then again it might of set a precedent for them and they'd get roped into doing it in the future.

Thats what I was thinking but I doubt it will just be them, laddies, pp, sky, betfair, some of the asian books all offer same livestreaming so doubt that there will be any trouble watching it.

Just hope it isn't like the Aussie Open Tennis was where you had to pay a fee to view

As long as it doesn't affect my internet speed (which any remotely busy period of net usage does), I don't give a monkeys where they show the England game.

Nothing to do with the FA fella. Its an away game and they have no control over the sale of rights.

Still its an absolute outrage that this has even been considered let alone commercialized.

Hopefully no-one will pay for this and everyone will find a free stream (which is simple) a thus killing this as financially viable before its even got off the ground.

Bet they're gutted England have qualified. They'd have sold bucketloads if it had hinged on this match. Now we're safely through, I can't see anyone giving a ****, really.

The cost of watching the game was being advertised on Monday in the Daily Express as £4.99 if viewers signed up before midnight on Wednesday.

Charges rise to £9.99 for those who subscribe on Thursday and Friday, and £11.99 on Saturday.

Wonder how much they paid for the rights? Cant see any pubs battering an eyelid at showing illegal streams, how would they enforce it? Definitely onto a loser here.

If you put a bet on. I know what I'd rather do with my £5, and that's have a chance of getting it back, and more

From their T&C's

The game will not be shown anywhere on UK television but bet365 will be Live Streaming the match absolutely free for all customers with a funded account, so you can still follow England on the road to South Africa.

Ah right, does funded mean funded previously for in credit at the moment?

Due to Virgin capping me after 6pm i think i'll have to do without constantly buffering waiting to see some footy :(

Most pubs that show Premier League football on Saturday will be showing it I reckon. It is listed to be on Digitalb and Polsat satellite channels, so as a lot of pubs have these subscription cards then it will be on.

Are there no other satellites streaming the match I can point my dish at?

It is being show FTA on TRT1 on 42 east, although it is due to encrypt just before kick off. If you have a Receiver that can decrypt BISS then you will be able to watch it. There will hopefully be a FTA feed on match day so fingers crossed.
