I just cannot stand left for dead. Tried so much to like it, but just can't. The gameplay is just so, so simple. There is no depth to anything. I get that it's the point, it's meant to be silly and arcadey. But that just isn't my thing. I want powerful feeling wepons, down the sights aiming and more realistic accuracy.

I wish I'd played Deus Ex when It came out, I can remember seeing the box on the shop shelves but I never bought it, got Total Annihilation and Half-Life instead![]()

Re-install. turn the volume up. And strap yourself in at the very least untill ravenholm.

Ravenholm was a bit eerie as I recall, particularly good section.![]()


But at the time i was playing games like quake, unreal, and team fortress all on online. going from them fast paced shooters to somethign like deus ex made it hard to get into for me at least.
