It does seem like a lot of US drama's peak on the first series... 24 springs to mind, as does Lost... Perhaps recommissioning a series isn't always the best option as sometimes you can only stretch an idea so far...
 
I thought 24 season 2 was better than 1, then it dipped a bit for 3 and 4 before it started improving again. Lost Season 1 was good but I enjoyed the latest much more.
 
Problem is they have all these idea's but then the exuctives in accounting get involved and it turns into generic long winded garbage to keep as many people forced ot watch to know the end of the "big secret"
 
Alternatively they could just write in a decent storyline like they did with Season 1.

Lesbian stuff is great but, meh, I'm totally for it being in Heroes but there is plenty of porno already filling that void.
 
Lesbians are pointless, even from a fantasy point of view as they are like shoes and only work in pairs ;)

Anyway, the chick she's gonna kiss, Gretchen has a horse face and is rough as hell, although she did look pretty hot in season 1 of Californication for a very short time.
 
I can't see why Claire would even consider lesbianism. What a joke.

Tracy Strauss on the other hand..
