I doubt it in the long run. Children of people like this are very unlikely to do well in society and will more than likely end up in and out of the legal system themselves. Terminating this guy to prevent him spawning any more freaks will ultimately save money.
If he is proven to have undoubtedly perpetrated the crime then there should be no appeal anyway , moron or not. You commit the crime you deal with the consequences. Even the most mentally impaired people know the difference between right and wrong , this guy consciously chose to do the evil thing.

True story.

Some of you may know I was born in Nigeria and my family spent a lot of time there.
Over the years my Dad collected some amazing newspaper articles and kept scrapbooks which he got sent back home in 1979 when he returned to England.
Basically the scrapbooks became a talking point with visitors and then one day I saw my Dad destroying them.
He had just been reading about another child rape victim and he said something like "We can make as much fun out of the Africans and funny things they get up to but you will never ever see stories about them raping children where we whites seem to do it constantly".

Are you serious? They rape babies and children in Africa because they think if you rape a virgin it cures you of AIDS :rolleyes:

Contrary to that story I've read of countless cases of child rape by Africans. Many believe that sex with a pre-pubescent child will cure them of the aids virus. True story.

You want to execute people for crimes their potential children might commit? You're insane.
 
To be fair, I have heard of it too. I don't know the details (didn't look in to it) but I am sure it was even on an aids awareness in africa thing on the news several months back.

Don't remember the specifics though.
