I just watch all the re-runs, the new (tom and jerry) is just, plain boring and the colour of the new 'toons' is all wrong, they need to take some toon history lessons, they dont need to include the black house-keeper just make the toons entertaining, damn they even screwed up scooby doo, what are they doing, toons are bloody rubbish these days, bring back topcat too, and the rest.
Smoking in pubs was something I hated (as a non smoker) now it has been banned the atmos has gone, you just get a decent conversation going when half the table get up & leave for a fag. you end up going outside/in the smoking shelter with them anyway so I guess I would quite like to have smoking back in the pubs until everyone has given up.......
I miss being able to have a laugh without wondering who is being offended, quite often its not even the person who the joke is aimed at that gets upset but some do gooder who thinks that by being upset they are "better" than you.

When fighting used to be good clean fun.
Get in an argument, have a fair punch up, you both get a black eye and everything's fine. You both knew what you were in for. Now you're so likely to get bottled glassed or stabbed that the tension just rises and rises and rises.
What's the world coming to when a disagreement between strangers can't be sorted out by a good old bit of biffo without anyone getting holes poked in them?!

I have never worried about taking pictures of my daughter or friends kids.
And why the hell dont we dads get fathers day cards yet the mums get one every year
I get both my parents cards on their day
Having worked in a school I guess im looking at it from that point of view, with all the faffing that has to go on to have pictures of kids anywhere. I even had one of the mods check with me on here once when I posted a pic of someone elses child (just to check I had their parents permission cos he wasnt mine)
