I doubt any immigration discussions have every stayed on topic for more than 2 pages. The natural derivative seems to be racism, from there we hit Muslims, that leads nicely to religion where the gloves really comes off before the thread gets locked.

How about this: place soldiers at every port of entry and shoot anyone who tries to enter illegally and doesn't respond to warnings.

A gun doesn't need language to convey the message.
