Ah good to hear thanks. Though I wont be able to read the manual on the pan :(

You do get a mini manual sheet in english, but it won't take you long to read so you better be quick :D

Alternatively look at the pretty pictures in the main manual and pretend you know chinese, probabley take you a good while to read tbh, so relax and take your time....

haha great advice. Il enjoy the pictures and can always have a sniff at the freshness of the new manual. thats if I can infact smell it over the stench in the room :p

Anyway back on topic - CANNOT wait for this to get delivered. Will probably come on the same day as uncharted 2 or something

Leaving me to decide what one to play most

The Royal is probably the easiest class to start with as you get a catalyst (wand), soul arrow spell and the fragrant ring for mp regen.

Only downside is your strength is low so your not so good at melee and later on that's really usefull.

It's nothing like WoW at all really, bar being fantasy.

It's one of the nastiest, most mean spirited games I've played in a long time...I do love it back for it though haha
I would be playing it now, but Im trying to get rid of the image retention from the logo in the top right corner on my plasma, from playing it quite a bit the last few days.

That's the only thing I dislike about the game, no option to tone down the UI brightness or anything.

I have a plasma too so will keep an eye out! I really hope this game grabs me, my ps3 is basically just a avi streamer lol.

Need to complete uncharted so I can buy the second. Still got GTA4, Killzone 2 & DMC4 to complete lol. Stuff my PC, gonna game on my psw3 until xmas. I just get stuck in a routine of just playing CSS, TF2 and Insurgency, purely because they load quickly lol

My copy has been shipped from Renchi the 13th October but it didn't arrive yet, hopefully it will come soon. Of course it will probably arrive the same day as Uncharted and MGS4 :o

I am slightly surprised that so many people buy from overseas when the games available from a relatively well known UK online retailer for cheaper.

Id bought a chinese import for £40 delivered
It came then I realised the chinese manual annoyed me a lot more than I thought it would.

Then bought the us deluxe edition for £56 delivered, recieved it today and iv managed to sell my chinese for £40

:p

and Im off work the next 2 days
get in

Gave this a “quick” (3 hour) go last night and it is brilliant! Wasn’t impressed by the initial character creation and tutorial if I’m honest, but as soon as I loaded up the first area I was hooked! Ploughed all the way through it, dying 3 times at the phalnanx knights upstairs before finally adapting my tactics to slash them with swords.

Found my way to the boss (the one with many minions) and managed to defeat it first time, but was too nervous to press on. Is the area behind him the next level or is it just a bonus area that I can go in and explore?

Anyway, headed back to the nervous and had to convince myself to call it a night. Looking forward to another session this evening.

Thats one of the main reasons why I loved this game. The constant fear of death has been lost from a lot of games, in this one I was forced to use caution as a lack of it would get me killed.

One of the 1up guys did an article on this today, comparing it to Black Tiger, which is my favourite ever non-fighting arcade game.
It's the final nail in the coffin of my resistance to temptation, I REALLY want a copy of this game.
Is there any update as to an EU release?

There is no real bonus areas, you need to complete all areas for the game, like there are 4 in World 1, 3 in world 2 etc etc. However it is sometimes wiser to go to another of the worlds to lvl up before heading back into the previous area as they do get more diffcult.

1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, then 1-2 etc but tbh the level 1-2 isn't too hard early on, it's just that once it's done you can't go into 1-3 until you have a giant soul.

Predicted EU release = never I'm afraid :(
