But it is in the united kingdom, and depending on area, teaches in Welsh, English or a combination of the two depending on demand.

I went to school with someone whose first language and the language they spoke at home was french, lack of english language on starting school is not a new problem, if indeed it is a problem. It is certainly something that can be worked around.

No, I'm being factual. The vast majority of working class and benefit class individuals in the UK are White British. This is not surprising given that they make up nearly 90% of the population. Targeting only immigrants (of any generation, remember the BNP work by the 'ethnic origin rule', not by whether the individual was born in the UK or not) as a problem with the benefit system is like worrying about the washer fluid in the car running out when the car itself is on fire, and about as sensible.
