10 most disliked drivers - which one are you?

Probably a bit of 4 and 3 I think.

I don't tend to show off though as there's not normally anyone to show off too. Nor do I have music so loud that it irritates others - just loud enough so that i'm happy.

You you increase the chances of a rear-ender by braking unnecessarily? With logic skills like that you could be a woman...

guy shouldnt be following so close... I just rest on the pedel, enough to put the lights on, but not enough to slow. Normally works because the tailgater generally slams his brakes on due to there lack of judgement on speed/distance.

Other option is to change down gear. That scares them when they close on you without you braking at all.

Is it rue you have to wear your uniform at all times and have a nicely ironed shirt e.t.c lol my m8 used to work for him many years back for a short period and hated all the bull **** rules.
Yes, you have to wear your uniform, no uniform and off home you go.....

I have not ironed any of my uniform shirts since I had them back in May 08...... :o :D

Many years ago, you could get sacked for not wearing your company issue tie whilst driving(!) thankfully, we don't wear ties any more.

To be fair, the myth re Stobart & company rules do not match the reality, yes they have rules but in the main they are there for a reason and usually a very good one.

are some of the only lorry drivers that seem to have some good standards. Or maybe ive missed the bad ones ;)

Nice to hear. :) - perhaps, you have avoided me thus far? :D

2 is what winds me up the most, merge in turn/get in lane ignorers are up there, but usually only accompanied by 2, on the odd occaision that I've been distracted or for whatever reason ended up getting towards the end of a get in lane/merge in turn I'll just wait for someone to let me out, and I'll thank them when they do, I won't just try and force my way in.

the only real thing that annoys me driving, is when im on the motorway at 70-75 cruise control on and some idiot overtakes me by 1mph pulls infront then slows down.

that REALLY annoys me

It may be rude not to acknowledge when someone has helped you out, but I think that it is short sighted and stupid for it to be 2nd on the list.

Complaining that someone hasn't made a special effort to thank you is nowhere near as important as all the stuff that makes our roads dangerous and unnecessarily slow:

people who won't pull in to allow overtaking
people who prevent merge in turn
people who drive unnecessarily slowly
people who drive unnecessarily quickly
people who tailgate
people who cut you up

These are actual genuine problems on the roads. Unlike the situation where you're asking for someone to use hazard lights in the wrong situation, or to unnecessarily take their hands off the wheel in order to wave a thank you.

I like loud music but i have my windows up pretty much all the time unless im sitting in my car talking to someone.

I don't think i drive too quick. I stick to the limits of the road. If i turn into a new road i will tend to floor it in 2nd up to the speed limit, thats about it.

I hate sunday drivers except how can they all be sundiay drivers at 8am on a week day?
why do people wake up at 7:30 to drive around at 26mph!!!

You you increase the chances of a rear-ender by braking unnecessarily? With logic skills like that you could be a woman...

Get some common sense, obviously im not mashing my foot into the carpet lol. Enough to make the brake light come on most of the time.

I hate generic 40 drivers.

They claim to be the safest drivers as they drive well below the limit, usually making this claim as they speed through a town.

In reality they mow down children and promote dangerous overtaking.
