Marlon King jailed for 18 months

i think marlon did nothin wrong really, most of u been clubbing n that, he was probaly grindin on some girl, then she walks away rejects him, then he goes im a millionaire thats wen she turns around ask his name, then says she was sexually abused by marlon. harsh. girls these days

yeah she probably went and broke her own nose afterwards too just make it more believable/worse
 
Don't forget she probably convinced several witnesses to lie for her and also convinced a jury that her lie was true

Harsh, hes been inside before, not the first time - hence the length of sentence.

not sure she would agree with you here.

sexually assaulted and abh - her nose plastered over her face and 20 years old.
 
She's permanently disfigured now, although surely there must be some kind of surgery to fix it with all the tech these days. Marlon King should have to pay for it though.

I'm sure someone will sign King once he's free again, he'll be a free agent, sign him on a short contract & give him a shot at redemption - he either scores loads & gets a better contract or they let him go. Not that much of a gamble if it pays off, unless he gets arrested again that is.
 
if this story is a plain cut as the media has put it, then im happy hes been put away. Also if he has previous convictions chances are he is guilty again.

I think footballers are an overpaid lot but this is a really unfair thing to say. The vast majority of professional footballers are moral, upstanding people who are grateful for the chance to do what they love. The rotten few bad apples don't represent the lot in any way, and they're always visibly shunned (see King, Barton, et al).

Also, there's a slight implication here that non-footballers are an angelic lot. We both know this is far from the truth. :)
