Been on the ea chat help thingy and first hesaid clear cache and then said he'd have to escalate when that didn't work, I get a reply within 24 hours :s

No problem, someone started a thread not long ago when there were different games on this offer. I checked back saw these new ones, realised no one had posted it here so just repaying the community.

The voucher code was a quick google job, as someone has pointed out you can save a couple more pennies with the 25% off code.
 
Right, was giving me crap on Win7 so rebooted into XP and it worked fine first time FF - bizarre :s

What was the problem on windows 7 as I got a new machine with windows 7 instead of vista tried to download crysis warhead again in steam and it keeps starting in 24hz mode

You're doing it wrong that's why.

In your download manager there is a tab to sign in and its not the first tab you see either. Sign in and you will see a list of programs you have purchased available for download.

You do not need to do any product activation to download there.
 
See above, was bugging out on the order point when it was trying to take payment. in XP it now works fine...

24Hz is for movie playback, something your monitor might be overriding in the settings.

What graphics card you using?
 
using hd5870 on new machine i7, tried adding 1920x1080 ntsc in ccc as well after trying before without it working a lot of times. Before I had 8800gt sli on e8400 and it always ran 60hz
 
Good stuff. Just ordered BF2142 and Godfather 2 (get Godfather thrown in for nowt !). Downloading now....
 
Some people saying you only get to download a game for 1 year with ea download manager ? i bought BF2142 off there in 17/9/2007 now i not touched the game for well over a year and its downloaded fine for me, couldn't resist Crysis Warhead for that price.

Can you double check that? If so, I'm far more tempted to buy stuff :)
 
Am getting terrible speeds buy you can clearly see 2142 downloading and the date i had it, just scrubbed me email out.

I don't know there policy but i not touched it for a while here is my user name and stats you can see the date i last played it online

Maybe when i got that game the 1 year thing wasn't going ? can't see anything in the email i got with it saying you only have 1 year to download it.
