Thought I would bite the bullet and see if anyone here uses or can recommend a decent eye care product?
Over the last few years I have noticed my eyes are looking more tired, with a pretty much permanent black shadow and puffiness. I am sure this is largely related to not getting enough sleep, looking at a monitor 9+ hours a day, having kids and playing games! I have tried getting to bed earlier and getting regular gym and swimming exercise but I still have the same tired eyes and its starting to get me down
I am sure there are must be others on this forum who suffer from the same thing and I am hoping there are a few that may know how to sort it!
I have been using some Loreal £7 stuff for a while but it doesn't seem to have much of an effect and after doing a quick search on the net it seems like there are a TON of male eye care products out there, all claiming to reduce puffiness and black shadows / wrinkles etc. They seem to range from £10 to £100+ so I thought some recommendations would be useful, before shelling out.
Cheers
