Hi guys, been away for a few days for some much needed R & R. But with the lovely invention of mobile phones ive been in the loop regarding e mails etc. Well to cut along story shory MS are looking into why my console has been flagged for a ban. Ive kicked up such a stink regarding poor customer service and customer relations that Im getting quite a way up the food chain in MS. ( well I think so anyway ). My console is being reviewed and such like. They have said mind that they are able to do an on line diagnostic check!! I have to wait till Tuesday when they will be getting back to me with further updates. Basically I have said that if my console remains banned I will walk away from MS completly, will go to the press like someone advised many threads ago. Lets see what happens now.

I would just like to add that, despite my opening post, I am more than happy enough to accept my opinion of Microsoft was wrong if this turns out to be a 'false positive'. I will be utterly shocked, but only because I chose to believe they are smart enough not to make this mistake without reason. Clearly several of the "we hate Micro$oft" party are far happier to jump on them without so much as a single fact

That Newsbeat article is a complete joke. I can't believe that someone chips the console, pirates around £600 worth of games, and is then "gutted, completely gutted" after being banned from Xbox live. Now he is thinking of moving to the PS3. Have fun with that 
What a **** article. "The Xbox for me is just about playing online, that's why I love it", which is of course why he was willing to get his drive flashed or whatever and why he was prepared in doing so to have his 360 banned from live.
