The *Official* Eve Online Thread

You only got the shuttle if you made a new account, but the game time could be added to any account
anyway he said 10 quid for 60days you dont get 60 days with the code that comes with the game?

i know sometimes tesco or somewhere sold off wow codes really cheap , if he can really get 60day codes to 10quid its not all the times and probably just once if he saw them in some supermarket

No it is 60 days that come with the boxed copy.

There was a time a while back, when the box first game out, that it was cheaper to get a boxed copy and use the gametime than it was to have a sub or use a GTC. Unfortunately everyone cottoned onto this (Myself included, I bought 8!) and now they're quite hard to come by, especially at those prices.

...but if you know where to get one for £10, do tell! :D

send me a mail: [email protected] and I will tell about time codes.

I'm now training to 5 what has been described as the most useless skill ever: cloaking!

I bit the bullet the other day and got it started, it will shave off a whole second from uncloaking in my arazu and getting a lock!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic I know, but hey, all those little things add up.

Am 1 1/2 days away from finishing Propulsion Jamming V ready to jump into a HIC....

...only to find that I need Science V & Graviton Physics IV (basically another 7 days at least) for the Warp Disruption Field Generator. :(

My email is in my Trust.

Please send the details there thanks.:)

I've been out of Eve for about 5 years now, due to no (decent) internet connection at home. If I were to re-activate, am I now going to be hopelessly outclassed?

I had about 14mill skill points iirc, mainly amarr bs and interceptors stuff. When I last logged out I was deep in 0.0 Curse region in either an apoc or arma, probably set up for high damage (flying in a squad or whatever you call it) Don't really want to lose it as it will now be uninsured and I don't think I had many ships left. The items I was hoarding to sell at a profit are probably now worthless! So basically, i'll be poor, unskilled, with 5 year old tech!!! :(

14 mil SP is still 12 million more than my main char. :p

My 2nd char should have learnt Battlecruisers to level 2 by the time I get home tonight so I'm going to buy a Harbinger to run around in. Think I'm finally ready to join a corp as I didn't want to be a total liability when I did!

So I think I'll be applying to the OcUK corp tonight if that's cool? :)

ive given a home to a couple of ocuk members lately, if anyone from here needs a relaxed high sec missioning corp with a mature and friendly player base hit me up ;) it is the ideal home to learn the game with an average of 8-15 players on every evening all of varying advancement etc.

I *think* it was around 14, not entirely sure though now thinking about it. I played for about 2-3 years, pretty religiously :).

Check out the link in my sig, the member base is currently spread out within the Alliance. OcUK itself got quite empty over the summer due to RL commitments and stuff. But people are coming back now the nights are drawing in heh

and does it do PvP?

Other corps in the alliance do, but OcUK itself does not.
