*** Official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Thread ***

Dare I say the best 360 net code I've experienced. Also this was on ground war....

In all honesty its the best online gaming experience i had, and no im not saying it because im a "fan boi" of Modern Warfare 2, i got rid of MW1 as i wasnt overly keen online, but this for me is a dream.

Completed this on veteran last night, and barring a couple of sticky bits, I do think it was a breeze compared to cod4. But a much sweeter smelling breeze, I should say; bang on ten hours to complete and every checkpoint was intense. For me though, the final level was pure class; the ending is just too hardcore for words. I love it and am now ripping my way through spec ops which is a fantastic addition, though how anyone got a 22 second split on the pit is beyond me. The best i can manage is 29.5.

I think thats why t seems better to me, because you don't get stuck on a point for 6 hours the game seems to flow better. I can't tell you what the stories about because I'm skipping all the cutscenes :D

I will have a slow play through again to pick up all the intel and watch it all then.

So far the only bits that have had me stop for 10 minutes or so are going through an alley in a shanty town looking place and a smoky bit on an oil rig.

It shows really all that made the others hard were spam grenades and respawns. I'd hate to do that rig again with respawning enemies until you get to a door :D

yeah I do note the lack of nade spam and respawns but they make up for that in spec ops I think. Speaking of which, I also think the door breach aspect to the game a brilliant addition and totally S.A.S. I'm also amused by the sp storyline, in that the yanks seem to have finally accepted the fact that us Brits are way harder than them :D

What's better about it? Not used either that much so far.

well i liked the red dot, but the holographic when i first put it on i thought meh! but use it for a while, and it seems much more accurate for headshots, tiny little red dot, with a crosshair, makes all the difference to me, its a tad more bulky, but im loving it!
