That's simply because early adoption has been driven by enthusiasts and the fact that OEMs like Dell have finally decided that 64bit operating systems are ready for the mainstream. Unfortunately the predominance of 32bit netbooks is going to slow down migration. What's some what surprising is the difference between 64 and 32 bit win 7 users, it's actually double!
blame intel for going backwars with netbooks, if it was amd we would have had 64That's simply because early adoption has been driven by enthusiasts and the fact that OEMs like Dell have finally decided that 64bit operating systems are ready for the mainstream. -bit in netbooks long ago, heck amd's netbooksish cpus are all 64-bit complaint, that cant be said for intel's atom cpu that ARE NOT 64-bit complaint at all
4GB memory and better security? heheBut why do you need 64 bit on a netbook?
Everyone says 4gb memory but i did tests on 32 and 64 and it made no difference in gaming for me only having the 3.25 you get with 32 over 4gig with 64.
I was on monday, infact the install is still there just not bootable atm....Has anyone actually tested these compared to an older release?
Someones gotta be running xp still...
