I've got realy bad at this lately..
I overthink things and make things out to be much worse than they are
For example.. my cousin texts me saying she's stressed (She's 15) but its nothing I need to know/worry about..
Then I begin thinking what have I done? Why can't I know?
etc etc
I feel I might get a slating for this
