Some new gems people might like...

Fans of that Blu & Exile album will love this, all Exile production.

BK-One (Brother Ali's tour DJ) and Benzilla (up and coming beatmaker). Amazing album with some great features.

Also any discussion of hip-hop can't go without a mention of this dude passing last month, RIP Roc Raida :(

2009's turning out to be a good year. More outstanding releases.

CunninLynguists - Strange Journey Volume 2

Bekay - Hunger Pains

Beautiful song. Love this so much.

another old school classic.

I wish they still made music like this and it was more popular. It is just amazing the early 90s were so good now when I think about it.

Coincidentally Souls of Mischief have a new album out in a couple of weeks. Haven't heard much from it yet, first track is on an EP they put out earlier this year, second is due to be the first single.

Blimey, I never knew that! I hope they'll be touring and do some gigs in London. Pete Rock and CL Smooth was epic, even with the technical problems they had.

probably old news for most but started getting into UK hip hop fairly recently and been listening to a load of Lowkey. Great stuff.

One of my favourite music ever is the hip hop. Aussies hip hop is some of the most horrible **** I have heard. I love hip hop music. There are so many elements used in a hip hop.
