Steam, 50% off Arkham Asylum (plus a few others)

So if you got it over Steam you'd regret it because you miss out on all the best mods and moddability is what makes TSE games great.

TBH, I very much enjoyed Oblivion as is on the 360. I've never been a fan of mods in all my years as a gamer so that is not an issue for me.

As good ats the THQ deal is, i'm going to give it a miss as i will never get a chance to play all the games. I have bought Grid though as this will be my first car game on pc. ;)

Can only hope matey. Im sure there will be tasty offers all the way to the end tho. Im sure i can just not eat for a week for the sake of a game or 2 lol.

Aye and we do have to factor in world time zones. After all, it's only early morning in Hawaii and already Friday in Australia...

I wish I hadn't bought Serious Sam now. There's going to be something that I want in its place, I'm sure.

Omsos worth it then ?
Bought this yesterday and just had a quick 5 minutes play....

You have to push a ball around the screen to make it get bigger by hitting any other balls that are smaller...(But the ball you control gets smaller every time you use any thrust)

Go on buy it..It's only £2 :D:p

Id say its worth it, I love quirky indie games though, but i found it the right balance of fun, something different, and something challenging :) And it has achievs!

God damnit people, please stop posting Steam deal threads!!!

Just bought Arkham Asylam, Far Cry 2 and Plants vs Zombies

Enjoying MW2 atm, about halfway through Dragon Age, haven't finished Torchlight yet, this is getting quite ridiculous :(

I think I fall under the category of more money than sense :(

About to click 'Purchase' on GRID - just done a quick spec check and my laptop will run it nicely it seems, the only potential hitch is that ive a P7450 2.13Ghz, 1066Mhz FSB, 3MB L2 Cache CPU.... whatever that means! Whilst the recommended wants a 2.66mhz CPU (as per can I run it website)

Its a punt im happy to take, BUT ive read that this only works with a 360 controller, where as I normally plug in my PS3 Pad. So anyone with experience of GRID with a PS3 pad on PC?

Cheers,

Amount of games I havent played on steam now outnumbers the amount of games I have played. Heard a rumour pc gaming was dead, my wallet and hard drive disagree

Ended up buying Grid and DA:O, willing to miss out on Batman incase theres something tasty on offer tomorrow.

Wouldn't mind giving Borderlands a go, so fingers crossed that it'll pop on in the remaining 4 days.

Some good deals there, basically already have everything I want out of the offers anyway. Will have a looksie tomorrow.
