De restricting mopeds at 16 is pointless, you can prosectuted because you are in control of a vehicle you are not licensed to ride ( a vehicle with a top speed of no more than 30mph and x amount of kw), you then invalidate your insurance and are therefore riding WITHOUT insurance (I'm sure I dont have to quote the thousands of links to prosecutions again after the last argument we had about this)

If you are caught and prosecuted you will immediately be banned for 2 years and face having anything up to 8 points on your license for driving without insurance when you get it back.

Well, I guess it'll be ok. I just need to get to school and back mostly. Don't think I can crack 31mph on a bike with my huge bag on.

I was under the impression that the RS50/RS125 2 strokes had a reputation for being horribly unreliable ?

Only when badly maintained by skint teenagers. If looked after they are perfectly fine.

I Work for a motorcycle dealer we are a Aprilia disturber. I dont see that many problems with them coming back 2bh but then again i dont work on service. Aprilia make some nice looking bikes but there a PITA to deal with directly.

Does anyone like the look of this for a 125,

may look nice but i have no idea if these will break down all the time.

All 2 strokes are unreliable

Restricted RS50 in the winter ? My man, thats ******* hardcore !

In stoke on trent (well Newcastle uner-lyme really) Cant remember the price as i dont sell the bikes. Our site isnt allowed to display the price for them as Aprilia will bollock us for being too cheap.

am I allowed to post ebay links of those bikes? I ask because I have seen pistonhead links before but not competitor links, as ebay sell all things I'm not sure if I'm allowed.
