OcUK Photo Comp - Season Eight : Round Twelve - "Free Study" DISCUSSION

Thanks SS. Did the shoot but the shot I wanted didn't work out.

1. Because she was shy
2a. The location wasn't right for the style of shot.
2b. I was after a raunchy type shot but I think it may have been removed from the forum and therefore not eligible for entry into the competition.

It really is difficult getting what you have in your head, through the camera and onto print :p
 
Are all the images that 'raunchy'? Would like to have a look at your idea.

I personally have an idea and with the high street filled with shoppers, I'm not sure if it is a plus or not as my shot requires my couple models to pose there...

Nah there are some normal ones.

I'll post up my idea when i've gone through the photos :)
 
Mr Jones. The idea I had, I don't think i'm going to get it in. So i'll just tell you.

Basically it was the model wrapped in a white sheet looking outside some french windows.

Wanted her bare back showing and maybe a small amount of arse to make it a little cheeky. I did it but the windows I used were rubbish and to be honest, it looked a little tacky :p

I was also thinking over exposed daylight and high contrast...
 
That's a good idea there peter but very ambitious. Not the best of season for enough daylight, need a nice big French window, the white sheet will have to be silk like or something similar to a wedding dress... I swear I've seen something like that before too.

You still have time... do it with a twist, do a self portrait! :p

Oops.

I was shooting at the weekend, thinking that the theme was "Self Study".

I was going to enter this:

So what does "Free study" mean?
