**Burnout Paradise - £5 on EA Store**

I have kept EA up to date by updating the ticket 4 times with extra information, the first being 12 hours ago. Not one reply yet from even though it is an international company.

Can see why people say to steer well clear of them.

Obviously, since multinational companies are normally so spot-on about fast responses. Where are you trying to buy from, anyway?

UK. Well no I wouldn't normally mind waiting, but when i've paid for something and then i'm told that the order is cancelled due to no payment being received, yes, i do want a swift response, not to wait 12+ hrs.

Yeah slow responses are the norm these days. EA response speed is about the same as Direct2Drive and Atari in my experience...Steam have taken over a week.

Does your Paypal account say it's been taken out?

Yep. But i'm hoping the email was a mistake as in my order history it still says awaiting payment, so maybe it is just taking a while for EA to realise. But still, i would like the serial so i can start the download.
:(

Maybe i will use Steam in the future as their checkout is very efficient in comparison. Still, at least it's not £19.99 we are talking about, it's only £3.75

I don't mean to sound impatient :o

You should get your game then. Add a note to your ticket saying if they can't add the game to your account/deal with your issue, to escalate it to someone who can. That's what I did with a question on Direct2Drive.

EA's store definitely has problems.

Good arcade racer and great value for the price. Annoyed though that they haven't released two of their DLC packs on PC (Cops & Robbers, Big Island).

Haha, just ordered it, at work so I can't download now. Never got an email with any deatils (luckily I emailed myself some of them) and the game is not showing up in my order history :) Ahhh, I love EA :)

This looks like a fun game - thanks for the notification!

My experience with EA tech support is very bad, so good look to those who need their help.

got this for the PS3 but would consider it for PC as well....

What like is multiplayer does it match you automatically or is there a server list?

I use my G25 with this no problem, this is a truly brilliant game and well worth the measly price. You can spend hours just driving around the city stumbling across new races or taking down new cars to add to your collection. The Multiplayer side is quite good and theres plenty of variation and stats to keep you busy... buy it!

already got it on ps3 so i know its a good game, but aint got my wheel downstairs so i got it on ea now too :D under 4quid you cant complain,

is it the same as the ps3 version, online etc?

I tried online and just got abuse and kicked, even though I joined a 'freeburn' game because I wasn't sure what was going on. Not bothered since.

got my email with all the information in eventually, but still not showing up in order history. Will moan at them if it still isn't there when I get home from work

I'd be up for some online play def! Haven't had time to pick it up properly yet, what with L4D2.

If you've received a serial number, you just need to download the unlockable demo here (Nvidia's website) which is the same version as what you're download with the EA download manager.

If you've got the EADM already installed, you can paste the serial into that too.
