And off-topic, why when I press shift and 2 for a speech mark it gives me an @ and then I press shift and the apostrophe key it gives me a speech mark...? :confused:

All of my others keys and the shift functions are working fine, it's just those two that have switched.

one could argue that the whole reason the 'xfactor' exists is to do just this.

and how do you interpret that. That would meam joe would be band, due to simon cowell, ll his news reporters, djs , forum groups, face group books, tv adverts, shop adverts and x-factor.

American Keyboard Layout, go change it in CPanel

switch it back to an english layout, you're currently on american

No, you are misinterpreting the rule. If I release a song and promote it, or promote an old song of mine to be sold on it's own merit, that is fine. However, the RATM song was not re-promoted by them, and was promoted purely to distort the chart and prevent X-Factor being No. 1. Surely the distinction is obvious?

That means sweet **** all. The rules are rules. Not determined by other factors, just bare rules. If they decide the FB groups aren't doing anything wrong, then there's no problem.

You keyboard is in American layout. Go to control panel and change it to Uk layout
