The whole point of the campaign was to knock XFactor off christmas number 1, not Joe himself. Joining Cowell would be practically joining the XFactor team.

Shania Twain and the Spice Girls, clearly he is the voice of reason.
Only if it was part of the x-factor team. He does do other stuff. Also would give them a huge number of contacts and training if they wanted to go their own way, in the future.
I suspect they simply are not interested in a career change.

is it possible that that's because the Joe fans tend to also fall in to the ' 3 stone overweight and own a baby in a pram' demographic?
