Citylink guy who delivers my stuff is awesome. He's a really nice guy, he always bring my stuff - I've never had a problem.

Royal Mail on the other hand this Christmas... Well, I may as hell have not ordered anything at all... What annoys me the most, is I paid a premium on all my deliveries with them, weeks in advance of christmas to get them early and all of them have not turned up! I am still believe it or not sorting it out 3 weeks later!!!!

Citylink is absolute ****.

Out of about 40 deliveries;
5% percent arrived on time
25% arrived after a few more days.
40% were stolen never to be seen again, no confirmation.
and 20% were confirmed delivered to addresses in scotland, (definite stealing)

In my experience with them, I've witnessed drivers leaving cards and running away without ringing the doorbell.

One of the excuses they used were, "The driver cant find your address, can you describe your house for us"

Describe my house? WTF. Just drive up the ****ing road untill you see my door number you ****ing retards.

I have decided never to use city link again. No matter what.

Thank god OcUK stopped using them.

Thats what I've had today, I live in a town not the rockys!!

I was told that City Link need more info from me! They have my name and address, what else do they need, my eye colour??????!!!!!

Just had my Omni beanbag delivered by CityLink. Used their online tracking and was delivered on time

Depends where you live as back in Liverpool City Link were very slow, but in Manchester they seem acceptable so far!
