Extending Partitions

Sick of having too many partitions when there isn't much point anymore. How can I merge two partitions on the same disk?

Deleting one partition and then extending the second one with that un allocated space would probably be easiest and fastest?

It would but then I have 155gb of data to move around which is time consuming

I was hoping I could simply just merge them?

Tools like Acronis Disk Director can merge two partitions.
