With a proviso that it will snow more in the east on Thursday and Friday, which I hope they are right!

Looked outside about 20 mins ago, light snow fall nothing to worry about. Just looked again.....white everywhere, coming down like crazy.

It's deep as hell here, working from home today. In fact I didn't even bother to ring in I just went back to bed as it was so bad. Turns out the few people who did put the effort in to get there have had to turn round and go back cause they've shut the office

Loads of snow in Atherton, Greater Manchester. About 5 inches this morning, and it's been snowing all day since. I made it to work today (live 2 mins walk from train station and trains running fine) but will post some pics of my family having fun in the snow without me!

Well it's been snowing the last couple of hours here, quiet a bit on the ground but it's stopped now. I do hope the forecast is right and it starts to get heavy again around 3 until tomorrow morning.

Been snowing for about 6 hours here on the side of my hill. About a foot deep, and still a light dusting coming down. I'll easily be snowed in for a few days now. Oh the joy!
