Intel X25-M 80GB SSD questions

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting this drive very soon, but I know it needs a firmware update for Trim support, so my question is, does it (as in the new ones on sale now from OCUK) come with this update, or will I have to update the firmware from a bootable CD as Intel say?
I've never done anything like this before, and I'd be installing Windows 7 on it so I don't want to screw it up or anything.
Have those of you who've recently bought one done this?

Just buy it, install the intel SSD toolbox, it will say the firmware version on there so you'll know then if it needs updating

If it does it's a simple process and so long as you follow the steps correctly you can't really go wrong plus everyones always here to help if you don't understand something
