seriously though, you got to have some really bad personal hygiene if your jeans need a wash after wearing them a few times
It's not always hygeine, some people sweat a lot, and who wants a pair of jeans that smell like sweaty arse.

Jeans about once a month, if that. However, I only wear at weekends and evenings.
Suit trousers - again, about once a month and I wear those every weekday...

About every 20 odd wears (so once every 3-4 months). They don't smell, if they get muddy I'll wipe them clean and they fit nicer.
I have a couple of poor jeans that I'll eventually replace and they need washing more often because they've lost their shape though.
