The 27" models with production before week 53 (and don't ask me how you can have a week 53; maybe it's a Chinese thing...) have occurrences of yellow tinge and flickering, and we have just seen a few 2.8 Quad units manufactured in week 53 that have the flicker problem. Very rare in percentage of units sold, and apparently fixed as of 2010 production runs.
