It isnt worth anything, might as well keep it, nice single digit plate makes the car look a bit better.

Looks like a pretty sound buy.

She's already got a single digit plate to go on it ;)

I'm curious as to why this would be a problem? Its a 2.0 diesel, you're not going to be sitting it revving it at the lights...likewise a full throttle, clutch dumping start is pretty futile with an engine like that

i dunno, makes pulling away go my diesel more fun :)

so a focus is crap because i have shorter legs than you and have the seat right back?

The small time i've spent in the new tt i enjoyed. Only annoying thing was how wide i had to open the door to get in!

I have no problems in my Focus (mk1), and don't need the seat all the way back to sit comfortably. The TT (in all forms) is very much a posers car, therefore is a hairdressers car. Except for when getting out, where it definitely isn't (I pulled a muscle in the door side leg getting out of the drivers side and then the passengers. I walked from the car park like I **** myself. :( I don't usually have problems getting out of sports cars such as S2000, Griffith and Caterhams etc.)

They should have made it comfortable and kept it as a tourer, not a sporty sports car.

Not just the seats, but the whole interior doesn't look that nice imo, looks very, ermmm, basic...

Never liked the beetle like exterior either, so all I'll say is, if it was my money it'd have gone to something else.

My old TT had the baseball seats and they looked really really good.

However you could only get them on the TTr and not the TTc.
indeed, roadster only..

i quite like the blue seats.
i saw an orange TT with blue seats for sale recently, now that is a dodgy combination.
but dark blue with blue leather is quite nice. i'm sure it's certainly nicer in the flesh :)

thats my thought to, I put no value on the plate all :)

very true.it was much less horrible real in real life :p

This is true. I test drove an almost identical car a few weeks back and the seats actually weren't as bad in real life as in the pics. I still preferred my red ones though :D

Is that Morro blue? I had a Morro blue TTc with black leather and loved it. I'm not too keen on the blue seats to be honest but I can imagine they are probably better in real life than on a picture :)

Knowing you it would be a V40 with a slightly larger engine than you have now or a magical Corrola that can do 600000km between services or some crap. Fortunately people have better taste than you.

Errrr, you don't know me at all ?
I don't have 7k to spend on a car. At the budget I have the more important thing is to have a car with as much as possible while spending as little on it as possible. I liked the corolla because it was bought for 2400 ish, driven for 4 or 5 years ( with 50k km per year) with next to no money spent on it, then sold for 1500... Basically it always brought you from a to b while completely ignoring maintenance or not spending any money on it. I have bought a V40 because for the money, I couldn't found another car that had as many options, that wasn't terribly slow, that wasn't terribly small, and that wasn't plain ugly in my eyes.

I can assure you, I wouldn't even be thinking of such cars for 7k...
I just personally don't like (the exterior of) TT's, and I noticed that I don't really like how the interior looks either.

Women are allowed silly colour combinations, it's "cute".

Just make sure you don't drive it Rotty, at least not anywhere anyone can see you. :p

I like it. One question though. Does it now have a stereo. I cannot see it in the photo?

It's behind that silver metal flap.
