Not really, may laptop weighs 3.2lbs, is twice as thick and has a bigger screen. Sounds about right.

That syncing newspaper to videos etc. is a great idea. I can see this being the thing that tips e-readers into the next gen. Think DVD special features on your newspaper.

It just looks really awkward to hold and have your thumbs like that on the screen. I just don't see game playing on this thing.

Yeh, no way this is limited to wifi. Would be a stupid omission if you're going up against portable netbooks.

Would people buy this as a pure e-reader if it was competitive with Kindle? i.e. £300-£350?

Cant see it having gps as the original iphone wasn't great with it due to its ali back. This would surely suffer the same?

As of yet they have not mentioned anything about a cellular modem. A pretty big thing to miss out.
