Battlefield BC2 looking dam sweet

I don't even know why people are cancelling the Play orders. Paying 10 quid more for it on Steam sounds like absolute madness to me! Clearly got more money than sense!

However places like fileplanet have forced us down this route with their subscriber only betas. And also many games now do beta and no demo or demo way after release, so its the only way for peeps to try a game early

Naiviety to the max, Play.com have been offering exclusive betas for years and for years scores of people have order solely to get a key and cancel, the last time i did it was for uncharted 2, before that socom. They havnt changed it yet and they wont now either, i suggest you pull whatever is stuck up your ass out and then come join us in the real world.
 
Play wont care, a percentage of people pre-ordering with them will like it enough to not cancel and that equals sales, for the cost of sending out a few emails? Can't see it being worth their effort to try and charge people first with all the grief that would follow due to consumer protection.

Looks a bit better than that other batch of screens.
 
I really hate the HUD/UI for this beta. It was so much better in Bad Company 1. I really hope they get it all fixed and done proper for the main game.
