Obviously your an ATi fan boy!
Don't your think with with all their brilliant engineers they will have moved on by then?

Anyway just to keep you performance hungry Nvidia fan's hanging on, check out what a 'thumbs up' Nvidia PR man sent me, with a brief message stating "this is Fermi".

I read somewhere that they were gonna use the Butt Joint technique ...

Ive always had Nvidia cards.. I once bought a Radeon 9800GT (which was the best card out at the time) and in my fav game got frame jerks every so many frames.. Run.. pause (wtf).. Run.. pause (wtf)..

Since then I have never touched an Ati card.. and never will. :P

It would help if you knew the card you actually had.

What would you do if you had problems with an nVidia card? Run screaming to consoles?

I prefer Nvidia cards as well and have only owned one ATI card which was a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3850 Pro 512MB AGP before I switched to PCI Express and I was very happy with its performance, but your comment in the thread below is way off mate.

Umm I dont know what chipset it was.. Did ATI do there own chipset? Im sure it was just an Ati radeon 9800GT ?

Anyway, Nvidia always have better driver support.. Performance.. Ati are wannabes.. Do one!

What would you do if you had problems with your nVidia cards?

The sooner you learn that your experience doesn't equate absolute fact for everyone else, the easier a time you'll have on these forums.

This guy's a perfect example of an nVidiot.

"ERMM, ERMM, ATI IS CRAP BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET MY CARD WORKING! THEIR DRIVERS ARE CRAP AND HARDWARE IS TOO"

So why do people then call those who say "I'm tired of nVidia's underhanded ways" get called fanboys? Totally backward.

The problem is son that it isn't a case of one person having issues with ATI drivers, it's a torrent of people and as hard as it might for you to accept that ATI drivers suck, they do!

Chipset....... WTF???
OK mate now your just embarrassing your self, hell even I feel embarrassed reading your reply, and I didn't write it.

Got a game plan together yet encase Nvidia do a 3DFX on you?...............

Lol!
Listen son, yes there have been problems for some people with the 5800 series as it's kinda new tech, the 4000 series are as you would expect pretty solid.

Let's see how Nvidia do with Fermi, as their drivers have already started going down hill fast.

The problem is son that your point above also applies to nvidia drivers so they must suck also. Drivers on both sides ain't perfect and never will be.

You so conveniently forget that there are also countless nVidia users experiencing problems with their cards.

Look at how nVidia acted with the Vista release, they didn't address any driver issues for around 6 months.

This is the point that people like you simply refuse to get, it's not restricted to ATi just because YOU personally haven't had driver issues with an nVidia card.

If ATi drivers suck, nVidia drivers also suck because they're simply as bad as eachother.
