I've had Care Package on since I could, yet I've never had a Chopper Gunner and I get at least a couple of packages a game. I can't see how anyone would really win a game using just a CP and hardline; even with a Chopper Gunner.
 
Yes I've actually won multiple games on ffa when I have been sucking hard by stealing a decent care package and then ending up top of the leaderboard.

It should have been used to resupply everyone on your team, rather than give the larger killstreak rewards. I'm still shocked the way IW tossed this up that they weren't stupid enough to put nukes in care packages ;)
 
I have noticed a lot of AC130's appearing in care packages recently!

I almost stole one Saturday, but just as I was about to capture it I got killed. :o

They should get rid of car packs and emergency airdrops, then force you to have UAV as your third. Only giving choice of the other 2.

This will even things out a bit. Maybe swap the EMP with Chopper gunner too.

I've got it twice now. Waited until 29 kills on FFA, threw my care package in an area where people are likely to be, and then covered it in smoke grenades. Some guy ran straight through the middle as it dropped down. :p

Yeah I dont get why emp is 15 kills, its not that usefull for a 15 kill perk. It would be better placed much lower so people cannot rely on red dots etc.

The other one thats a bit weird for me is stealth bomber, next to useless for the size killstreak in comparison to pavelow. Imo they should have made the stealth bomber able to detect everyone on the map when you select the targetting system, no matter if they have cold blooded or not. Then it might be usefull.

Get both of you in a party, then click on 'Team Deathmatch Express'. Once you're both in there, one of you leave and join Cage match, then after a few seconds the other person does the same. Every time one of you gets a another person who joins the server, keep quitting and rejoining and eventually you'll get each other. Can take a few attempts though.

There are some total idiots playing, so I can see why. If I get killed once by air support I always respawn with a class with a Stinger on it.
 
last few ffa matches i played i got the last kills with a chopper gunner, it's so easy to kill with copper gunner on ffa and nobody attempted to fire a stinger .
