Good ppv IMO, really enjoyed both world title matches mainly because they were never before seen matches, shame it'll probably go back to the norm Cena, Triple H come Mania

Rumble match was good, enjoyed CM Punk's dominate spell, loved HBK getting rid of Triple H, the second Jericho cleared the ring and the countdown came up I knew my prediction was going to come true and once he was in it there was only going to be one winner (even if in the back of my head I had the nagging feeling that Super Cena was going to do it again)

It will be interesting to see how things line up at Mania now, the next ppv I think both titles will be defended in Elimination Chamber matches rather than them previously naming number 1 contenders so I suspect we'll only know what matches will be at Mania after that event. I fully expect both Sheamus and Taker to drop the titles at next months event
 
Taker to lose to Jericho at Elimination Chamber, setting up an epic Wrestlmania match with the two best wrestlers in WWE.

I did wonder if the wwe would try to get the belt on Jericho going into Mania, I think it's unlikely though to be honest

I think it will happen, Jericho deserves a run, it will be a messy win if he wins, but he does have a chance. Undertaker is going to end up with Michaels so he will have to drop belt for that, can see a Sheamus v Triple H for WWE Championship, so i wouldn't be surprised if Sheamus retains it due to him being Triple Hs training partner.
 
The Rumble was pretty good, enjoyed the Rumble and Taker/Rey, really good match, albeit not given enough time, was a good idea to put Beth Pheonix in the rumble, but they put her in, one of the stronger and more capable females, and made it into a joke, would have been nice to see her last a bit longer, but without the Khali elimination!

All in all, nicely done, like what they did with HBK after his elimination, will be nice to see how psychoticly obsesed he ends up going with his want for a match with Taker, elimination chamber match with the winner facing an unchosen (by Edge) title holder?

Well, it may have been on the cards before Jericho was arrested last week (along with Greg Helms) for being very drunk in a petrol station...

It's been odds on that Orton and Million Dollar Man Jr would be facing off at Mania, having the both in the Chamber will just be a way of starting it, expect Dibiase to be the one that Eliminates Orton

Following Raw I'm sensing Batista v HBK with Vinnie Mac and Bret Hart in the respective corners, HBK v Taker again never made any sense to begin with seeing as Taker would have to win again and what would be the point in having HBK lose two successive Mania's? Also what with Batista being the one that eliminated HBK from the Rumble that laid the seams even before last night!

Still none the wiser as to who Edge will face especially as reports are saying that the Smackdown Elimination Chamber will name Takers Mania opponent rather than it actually be for his title

Same, I just hope whatever they do with Edge he walks away with a good title run :)
 
ECW is scrapped

WWE's ECW brand will be done away with on tonight's show. The new show is scheduled to debut in three weeks and will be called WWE NXT (with NXT standing for Next Generation). The concept for the show is to showcase wrestlers from developmental to television onto the major brands - Raw and Smackdown. Expect to see a lot more developmental workers get called up to participate on the show.

Hhhhmmm well neither have made it into the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match (which will be for Takers Title) so maybe this match at the Elimination Chamber ppv?
