It's a game I see people whacking through in 3 days then getting rid of, well those that aren't into MP, especially as the SP achieves are capable of being done in one run.Its a nice game, nothing you haven't already seen.

Yeah you're probably right, I sold BS1 after I'd finished it once and later on bought it again and played through a couple more times for a tenner. Probably a good job I started a new job this week or I'd have bought it and fiished it by now

Well I went to pick this up today, got it on ps3 in the end.
I've just been playing for the last 4 hours and have to say I'm loving it. The combat seems to be better and it looks fantastic! I've been taking my time exploring everywhere - I spent over 15 minutes going the wrong way to explore. Very impressed, will be interesting to see how the story pans out.

I'm the last one to be lecturing or giving advice on gaming patience, I think I'm addicted to that smell you get from the manual when you open a new game
From what I've read the game will take you about 10 hours or slighlty more and to get to rank 40 on Mp takes around 20 hours of game time. Of course you may not like the MP anyway.
I've done two levels and I thought I'd look at an audio log guide to see if I was missing them. I thought I'd been checking everywhere, really taking my time and in the first two levels I missed 4

One for finishing it on hard and one for having the chambers turned off, but like Bio 1 isn't and issue because you just save often.
Also one for killing 3 big daddies and not dieing -which with the chambers off, you will get.

Wooo hooooooooooooo, I found the missing thing
It's the drill charge, before I kept getting annoyed at not being able to get up close and do some real damage with my drill, but now I got the skill, it's AWSOME! It feels as though I'm installing that fear I got when a big daddy charged torwards me in Bioshock 1
Anywhooooo, this game is going to take a while, TONS of exploring to do, just spent over a hour side tracking round one area finding tons of tonics and the likes of before even starting the mission lol.
Also, the rivet gun is fun, fully upgraded it, setting people on fire with it is fun

Yea, I'm only playing it on medium as I never got one with the aiming in bioshock 1 (regardless of loving the game so could never aim properly). But their seems to be TONS of cash about aye, I seem to spend over $150 each time I need some first aid kits (eve link = great as you dont need eve then
) and I seem to get back what I spent within mins of walking around...Not that I'm complaining lol.
And yea, rivets are everywhere, not in massive amounts, just several on each splicer (well, not each but almost) lol.

Noticed this too as are a lot of others. Seems to look overall graphically worse than the original for some reason.
