I have similar problems with De Rossi at Barca. I bought him (because I could) for an inflated fee, yet he always under performs in his [allegedly] favoured DMC position. For some reason he plays much better as MC.
Never got Dzeko. He always plays fairly average for me. Possibly because he needs a regular place, and with Ibra banging them in, he usually ends up as a rotation player. I prefer Milevskyi; cheaper and almost as good.

Does anyone know where on FM10 is the screen that tells you where your team can finish in the league? Such as 1st-20th for example, as it would be for everyone in the first few games, then 6th-20th for a relegation candidate or 1st-12th for a higher placed team?
I think it was under manager profile or something like that on FM09 but I can't find it on FM10.
Have SI removed it?

Always used to be on Manager Overview on FM08 didn't it? Can't think off the top of my head where it is on FM10.

Yeah that's it. All the manager overview has changed for FM10 hasn't it? Was quite a nice feature to see when you're doing well in the league; to see the possible positions tighten up as you play games.

Believe that when you're on the Manager Overview page, where you can customise it how you like, change one of the customisable boxes using the drop down arrow in the top right box and select Competitions. (IIRC?)

Nice one. Found it again. Seems they've expanded it to cover all the competitions you enter rather than just the league, which is how it was before, I think.

That is quite funny what you've done there Azza. £2.1m for those 6 is a good price even if you're in 2014. Who are you managing that you need six 30+ players?

Found a few more players which I'm going to try and get even though I don't need them. All but Cahill and Keane I have sent on loan to Valencia. Need a couple of spare subs. Nearly all my reserve team I have sent to them as well.
Silly board will only let me have them as my feeder cub though, had a takeover and they cancelled the other two.

Got Diego Forlan, Luis Fabiano, Arshavin, Upson, Carlos Puyol and Cissee coming 1st July. Will send them all on loan for the season when I get them.
Wages for them all are pretty low as well 'cos they only want 1-2 year contracts.

Would have thought Arshavin is still pretty decent in 2014?
His stats are pretty good from what I remember.
When I get up later I post them up and his history. I did try and sign him during the Jan transfer window but it said he had no interested in moving but now he has...like 15th Feb or something in game, so not long after the window has shut.
