Fire Proof Water Proof NAS Box??

hey all as the title really need a nax box thats gonna be fire proof and flood proof and possibly explosion proof.
need a unit that will take 2 x 2tb drives to run in mirror raid array for reliability with gigabit lan interface.

any recommendations?

yes something like those are good but those iosafe boxes are not NAS devices they just have usb and esata connections, is there a compnay that does a ethernet version of those?

also are they available with no drives in them so i can spec my own drives?

is there no UK related product, this one is american based and its a real hassle to deal with this sort of stuff overseas.

well iv contacted iosafe to see what they can sort out for me with a NAS box housing 2 x 500gb drives in raid 1 mirroring job for me.

been speaking to the IOsafe rep, so far im not convinced at the products they sell. the scorpion drives i was told are just your regular westerndigital or seagate drive in a fireproof caddy.
and for the R4 NAS rackmount unit with 2 x 500gb drives in it running raid 1 mirror i was quoted 6400 quid inc vat.

so far the best route for us seems to be getting a sentry safe fireproof safe and sticking a regular nas box in there with 2 drives mirroring each other. since the drives will only be holding acronis image files its not very complicated.

currently the server has an internal drive which is used to house the images made of the other 3 drives in the server. and on occasion i take a copy of the backup via usb hard drive and provide it to the owner to take off site.

probably gonna look into getting an ssd and use the e-sata port and usb socket for power to make copies of the images to take off site.
