Does anyone have a link to the YouTube video that basically states online is "broken"? It was narrated by an american player who talked a lot about his specific loadout in which he had certain perks and kill streak rewards. Link much appreciated!

Just got this with my new PS3 - loving it! Only played up until that snow mission, now at the 'No Russian' part, but I'm saving that for when the family (including my 7 year old brother

) are not present.

I was going to play online... then I realised that voice chat was on. Is there any way to disable other players voices? Or at least mute it? Can't play it in the living room if its full of tons of people swearing

On a side note, could I stick my USB headset for PC (Creative Fatal1ty) in and put the sound through there instead?

You can turn down voice volume, yes. Not sure about USB headsets myself!

I saw this option when I was flicking through the menus, but I thought it only applied to your own mic? Unsure.

Edit: Looks like I might be able to mute players individually when I join a lobby. Not playing at the moment, so I'll give it a shot later, unless anyone has any other solutions.

Turning down the Voice Volume in the Options is your best bet I think.

aint got the link buts its called something like mw2 in 8 mins. think the game mode was dom, the idea is you spam spawnpoints/flags with explosives (noobtube) and claymores. he used one man army (infinite ammo), and danger close (big explosions and +dmg on air support), think he had pred missle + summit + helicopter.

spam noob tube, lay claymore(s) -> change class -> use killstreaks -> repeat

you can mute whilst in the lobby and also in mid game by bringing up the scoreboard (select)

Try MOSH PIT it has a good variety of game types and it tends to not have any boosters or nuke boys. People actually go for objectives as well and dont worry too much about personal scores

I have only ever encountered one group on DOM which they were racking up pts on it. My friend captured an area and our team said "What are you doing?"

My friend replied " capturing the objective, thats what you do in this type of game"

We then got about an hour of abuse from these people (Americans :rolleyes:

) as we kept getting put on their side. It was funny though as there was no much hatred towards us as we continued to win the games with two of us.

I've had no problems all night, except for it joining me to games with 15 seconds left!?! :mad:

Also got added to a team full of clan members. Probably the most boring match ive ever had! They all camped at spawn for the entire round, shouting at me whenever I ran forwards and got killed.

I agree.I played a game of demolition last night.Killed a bloke and took a few steps and died.Watched the killcam and it was the player i'd just killed who killed me.He just spawned right behind me,took a few step and shot me dead :mad:

I also get sick of dying,then spawning in front of the person who killed me so they kill me again.

On another note - I'm quite liking hardcore HQ pro at the moment.

keeps happening to me too, its really annoying. a few times i have started a match just as a nuke is ending too :mad:
