But it's like comparing Jack to a malt. Jim is a bourbon whereas Jack is a sour mash.

this is turning out to be an informative thread, last week i finished off a bottle of jack id owned for about 15yrs, it was smooth, really smooth! now how much difference the 15yrs made is difficult to quantify
