I've never understood why people get jealous, good on them no matter who they are...
Luck dealt them a good hand and that's why you should be happy for them irrespective of who or what they are.
I seem to feel a lot of warm for people winning the lottery - Good on them is what I say, whether they are decent hard working folk, chav scum or an illegal immigrant who just landed in Dover.

Whilst I agree with you in general, I wouldnt go so far as to say irrespective of who or what they are
