Hopefully the lorry drivers will do another fuel blockade ...
People bitch and moan but do nothing about it.
Mind you it will cost a bit to fill them up.![]()
Yeah I do. I use to put in £20 a week when it was 108.9p now its gone up to 112.9p its costing me an extra £5 a week. Its either down to them buying rubbish petrol and Im using more or the cold weather making me use my heaters which is using it all up.
It's at times like this I am glad that I only use £20 a month in fuel on average. I would find it hard to justify 22mpg over 12k a year.
But they are diesel?! They'll get amazing MPG won't they?
Oh.... 26.1 litre V12 with 1200bhp...![]()
wow wats the the MPG for that 7-10, that must be expensive to run. ouch
My 2 litre gets about 35mpg
Probably about 2-3 MPG on a good day.
Probably about 2-3 MPG on a good day.
Odds are less, the US M1 gets 0.33mpg but thats a gas turbine enigine.
M1 Abrams Tank, Gas Turbines use a lot more fuel than diesels. Anyway, back on topic.
But nobody wants to talk about the topic as its too depressing
Challenger 2 approx 1MPG. It's reckoned to be 3x more efficient than the gas turbine in the M1A2![]()
Doesn't this go round in circles anyway? Petrol goes up, people moan, business fail and it comes back down again. Rinse and repeat.
Well it's 116 here for petrol, 117 for diesel and I filled up with 97 octane at 1.26 at lunch time a cheeky 56.55 for 3/4 tank in my car :O
Just wondering why everyone went mad etc before at a quid a ltr now its going to be another 20% more and there are no rumblings about blockades etc?
