I can cofirm that CTDs on my server were caused by new banner. I reverted to original one and it does work now. Feel free to join and have fun! :)

 
I'm getting rather tired of the team stacking thats going on at the moment, I really hope they sort out a team autobalance system.

True. I waited all day to play, but it seems pretty empty now. I will wait until evening and hopefuly it will be all good again ;)

This is the single most annoying thing as an admin , you take all the **** for people stacking and can't really do much about it without having to kick people who may not have actually switched. Unless I constantly keep my eye on the thing which shows who joined / switched there is no way of knowing who switched at what point :(

If it's a fly-wheel as per the MX1100, then you'll need to install the Logitech Setpoint software to assign middle click to the scroll wheel, rather than changing between scroll/fly.

Alternatively, you could just bind mouse4/5 to melee, I find it much easier just thumbing mouse4 to knife someone rather than trying to middle-click and ending up with my mouse upside-down or something.

The worst part is they block switching more than once... I had a game a few days ago where i joined and was put onto the team with more players (seriously what?) so the teams BEGAN at about 4 vs 10. So i switched teams and we got a good game going and won. Next level, half the other team quits leaving it again, about 4 vs 10, and i couldn't switch back to even it up, so the other team just left because no one else was changing.

I got this game yesterday night, haven't been able to login at all. I made an account on the EA website etc.


I don't get it, I buy a game and I expect to be able to play it :(
 
EA down for me again now, but a new message appeared saying that between 8 and 12 GMT on Saturday they will be down for maintenance so they can add new hardware, hope that irons out some of the issues. :cool:

Ive been told ticking the auto balance in the admin options only evens the teams at the round end, which kinda defies the purpose?

Any way to combat this other than to kick them? Can you not switch people over manually?

edit: also how the hell do you maintain such a high k/d?!?!
 
Set Ventrilo to always "run as administrator" and you should have no problems.

Having said that, I can't get overlay to work over the BFBC2 client so I can't work out who is who.
