Anybody else doing the LifeHack Early Riser Challenge?

depends where he started really. If he used to get up at 1PM, it's a decent effort
 
Maybe I'm getting old but this "challenge" is hardly on par with learning something worthwhile, starting to run or get fit.

7am is fine for me, I don't really see the point of getting up early just because you can. I could start getting up at 4am but why bother?
 
I find it harder getting to bed at a reasonable time tbh. My alarm goes off at 6:30am anyway for work.

Last night I didn't get to sleep till about 1:30am :/ not good
 
I woke up at nineish this morning ready for my two hour lecture at three in the afternoon :o. I ended up cooking some bacon then going back to bed for three hours.

I am trying for eight tomorrow morning then seven on Wednesday. I might even wonder over to the gym for the first time in a month.
 
Nah, i'm doing the HackLfe late sleeper challenge. You're not allowed out of bed before 1pm. :(;)

Hopefully it'll even out soon with all the 5:30 starts i'll have to do...
