Probably your CPU more than anything else. Can you overclock it at all?
Cant be arsed mostly, havent bothered overclocking for years, I just find it a tiresome process these days. Usually I get fed up increasing it in little increments, and then just go balls all out and whap a massive OC in to see what will happen, then it just refuses to POST, and needs reset, and invariably I will have forgot to write the last stable OC down and have to start all over again.
I'll go see if I can just buy a quad core for my socket, and stick that in instead.

I've a couple of Phenom II Tri-Cores laying around somewhere and a motherboard for them but then I'd need different RAM and to reinstall Windows, and I really hate installing Windows these days. The installation itself is fine, the re-installing all your programs and getting them the way you had them is a nightmare though.
