Which hard drives support the 6.0gb/s that you can use on the Asus P7P55D-E Intel P55 board that has 2 sata 6.0gb/s?

With most topping out at around 150MB/s its pointless getting a mechanical for SATA3

Ive heard talk of combining flash memory for small files with larger files on the normal part of the disk in one drive
