uTorrent kills my internet

Trying to download some hefty face and logo packs for FM 2010, and after about 5-10 downloading my internet keeps cutting out.

Never happened before and it doesn't happen when I'm using usenet. :confused:

Any settings I should be checking etc?

Have you limited your upload at all?

Do you have a rubbish router like a BeBox or something? Some routers are terrible at handling lots of connections (which a torrent needs to have open).

Limit the number of connections, a lot of consumer-grade routers crash as they can't handle the volume of connections they have to maintain.

I usually have it at 10 kb/s and don't have any problems. Will put it up a bit.

It's a Zyxel.

No no, keep the upload at 10 that should be fine, it'll be the connections thats the problem I reckon as has been said, some routers just can't handle it.
