Chavalanche at American Apparel, Brick Lane

I think his question was more one asking how you would accomplish that?

The Met's failings come from poor leadership so that needs to be addressed first.

That is unless you're happy for the police to look like complete monkeys like they did in that video?

That doesn't answer the question at all.

How would you have handled it?

Should have used some CS gas, I mean I wish they could use CS gas.

Don't want to be affected? Then move away from the large, rowdy crowd.
Want to be a part of it? Then go choke you scum.

If only the above was that simple :p

I agree he doesn't seem to be getting the point and lives in some magical world where you can just "fix it".

What is the name of that pub near the end of brick lane down that little side alley.

Its always full of arty type students, media students and people that shop at this shop. (fashion victims)

Hardly a big deal and as someone else said slow news day.

haha it looks like a scene from a 3rd world country, funny when that police officer sort of sticks his leg out towards that guy near the start

Hoxton Heroes have got to get their rags from somewhere, although I thought charity shops were the first calling point?

you mean big chill bar?

its not a bad area to go drinking tbh.. and arty media fashion victim girls are usually pretty fit so I wouldn't take that to be a negative really

anyway it doesn't really look like artysy fartsy student types causing problems - more the other type of people who live in the east end - lazy wasters for whom working for a living (and it seems queuing in line and generally behaving themselves) requires too much effort.

people moan about 'gentrification' in east london as being a problem when in reality the people theses young media types are pricing out of the 'trendy' areas are basically the same sort of lazy chav scum who will fight over a £1 T-shirt. The sooner they are priced out of central london and forced to move further east the better.

Nice to see the London boys and girls in blue getting stuck in. They like nothing better than a good knees up... :D

I really liked the way the linked video cuts off just as the screaming starts... Very "The Day Today." :D
