Did you know that riot shield + scavenger + danger close with C4 is a mental setup, you can set off the C4 from behind the shield by hitting reload twice.

Highrise bottom stairwell of the enemy spawn with that setup and you are set. :)
 
I was just browsing my friends list and came across a guy playing a game of Global Thermonuclear War.
Private match which had been hacked so couldn't try and play it properly due to everybody moving around at twice the speed but it was interesting to see anyway! :p

Tried that and it was quite fun :p It didn't help that my team was complete ****, but I still managed a 3:1 ratio. I just don't understand why all 5 of them have to look out of the same window when then enemy is constantly coming behind them and stabbing the lot of them. Whether he got me or not was 50/50, but that was mainly down to me either being busy dealing with the others or being blind from all the flash bangs they kept lobbing in.

I do aswell. I had someone chasing me the other day with one on afgan on S&D. Was 1 v 1 aswell and my semtex missed him. I eventually managed to kill him by luring him to an explosive barrel and shot that, took me about a minute to actually do so though :p (I no it doesn't sound a long time but when your playing its a long time :D)
 
Anybody notice that people who have the same clan tag are most of the time complete **** at the game?

I've been playing HC S&D and I got paired up with a clan and the enemy are all randoms, so I think to myself "Yeah these guys should know what they are doing".... All of them run out and die within the first 30 seconds leaving me the last alive in every single round. I do my best but the most I could ever get was 4 or 5 before the last few kill me.

They then have the cheek to throw abuse at me in the lobby because I lost us the match :rolleyes: I swear one of these days I'm going to invent a TV where I can put my fist through the screen and punch them on the other end :p

Majority of the time yes, although me and some mates got paired up the other night with some people who im pretty sure must play competitively. We got absolutely raped in a game of domination, they had perfect coordination to not let us get out of spawn but not push forward enough to let the spawns switch, ending with us just sitting at the back for most of the game letting the few randoms on our team go 5-40 :p

i use care package on search,just because of the double xp,normaly i just use pred,harrier,pavelow,but now i got care,pred,harrier.I also play this with my bro somtimes and he isnt that good so i give him the care packages lol.I just got two more care packages just befor and 2 more ammo's lol.

just had a good match on salvage

yea also allot of people with 10th prestige are rubbish,there was one on my game the other night 10th prestige and he was at the wrong bomb trying to defuse it,walking around trying to pick it up even tho it was at B and he is at A.
 
Is anyone really 'good' at this game? All I ever see is: Oh I saw you first so you're dead, I killed you with my zero recoil fully automatic assault rifle instantly with a leg shot, all I have to do is aim vaguley in your direction and push a button, the auto aim will do the rest...etc. Don't think I've ever seen anything skillful in this game. Due to the easymode noob nature of a lot of the weapons which unsuprisingly nearly everyone uses, the insane damage they do even if it's a terrible shot, combined with the aim assist just means it boils down to who sees who first 99% of the time.
 
there is bound to be very good players who play this game, i can understand your points but majority of people play the same way, and rush around the map like headless chickens:D

that's what real warfare boils down to, get used to it, how about i come round and shoot you in the leg a couple of times with any of the higher calibre guns present in MW2? trust me you wont be getting up, if it were with any of the sniper rifles you'd have a high chance of being dismembered.

the only reason people run around like headless chickens is because there is no sense of loss, if you earned 100 points per kill and lost 50 per death people would soon start playing in a more realistic fashion.
 
I'd rather people running around like headless chickens than everyone camping and sniping in their little spots.
